South Korea

South Korea

After the end of the Korean war, USA founded South Korean Intelligence agency. It was harsh and cruel. It mainly liquidated Chinese agitators, who were seeking for new agents. Later, the Cambridge student and the North Korean network coordinator, Pak No-Sua prosecuted and executed. With him another 32 people died. Cooperation with the CIA is not proved, but we can see lot of hints in cases like the KAL 007. That time a new super radar system was grounded in Krasnoyarsk and the Americans could have followed Russian counter operations for full four hours, what would be inappreciable.
The NSPS (National Security Planning Service) and the DSO (Defense Security Organization) supplement KISS (Korean Intelligence and Security Service). The most known success is the revealing of secret tunnels leading from the North. The biggest of them could have left passed a tank. The action against the student organization is doubtful.
